About Scot
Over 26 years in, still the guy who comes out
I started Southwest Home Services on July 4, 2024, after more than two decades selling and overseeing exterior projects across the Dayton area. I saw too many homeowners get a salesperson at the kitchen table and never see that person again.
So I built this company the other way around. I do every estimate myself. I tell you what needs doing now, what can wait, and what you don't need at all. Then I stay on the job until it's finished right.

From first call to final walk-through
You call or text
You reach me directly, not a call center. We set a time that works, evenings and Saturdays included.
I come out myself
I inspect, measure and show you options in person. You get a written price before I leave.
The work gets done
Crews I've worked with for years do the install, and I check the job while it's underway.
Final walk-through
We walk the finished job together. It's backed by a 5-year workmanship warranty.
